Criminal Background Check

*** IMPORTANT ***

This is a reminder that all adult coaches who will directly work with our children are required to undergo an RCMP Check.

The process is very simple, and it only takes a short time to complete forms at the Surrey RCMP station.

All Coaches for Cloverdale Community Football Association are required to undergo an RCMP Police Information Check - Vulnerable Sector

Failure to complete the process before the deadline will result in coaching privileges being revoked  -- NO EXCEPTIONS

The process is quick and easy to complete.

You must complete the following steps:

1. Print and complete the CCFA Volunteer Letter.  You must have this letter if you wish the RCMP to waive the Police Information Check fee of $98.

2. Keep the receipt you receive when you drop off your application. It is proof that you submitted your application

Details of the process and what is covered in the check are covered on our Police Information Checks page.
